I don't know what happened on June 12th, but something changed. If I have Task Manager on when I click on a dailyĬhallenge, I see a little bit of send & receive on the wi-fi, and then jigsaw goes away. Solution 3: Re-register Windows 10 Solitaire. But if I click on a game to play, even one prior to June 11th which I have already won, the game goes into the death spiral previously mentioned. Look at the calendar and click on past days without a problem. I have signed onto Xbox without a problem by touching the Xbox icon in the upper right of the screen. I have played the Jigsaw Jam and regular Jigsaw without a problem. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. There is no message indicating a problem, etc. I have not been able to find a way to remove/re-install Solitaire Collection. So, Im thinking something with the Solitaire Collection program or settings is corrupted. I downloaded MS Minesweeper and it launches and signs into Xbox Live OK. Since that time when I bring up the daily challenges and click on one of them, the screen goes dark with the revolving white dots (as if it is trying to load something),Īnd after about 5 seconds, a cursor with the revolving blue circle appears and Jigsaw goes away. I can play the off-line MS Solitaire Collection games, just not the Daily Challenge. Often cannot play on the same day but must wait until the next day. Rebooting does nothing to change the issue. Ad finishes but instead of going to the selected game the screen reverts to desktop. The last time I could play daily challenges on Microsoft Jigsaw was June 11, 2018. Solitaire Collection Daily Challenge loads as normal and the ads play prior to each game.
